We've all been there. You've got the beach vacation, wedding, class reunion, old boyfriend or girlfriend in town....etc. There are a million reasons why someone might need to LOSE WEIGHT FAST!!!

. It's deceptively sneaky, you go up a size or two and all of a sudden you see a picture of yourself and you don't even recognize yourself.

I had the extreme discomfort of viewing a videotape (in front of my husband's entire family!) that my size 2 mother-in-law had taken while at a family reunion in the Florida Keys. I was a size 14 at the time and wearing shorts in the ninety degree humidity. The MIL was videotaping my daughter and myself (unbeknownst to me) while we were sitting in a boat watching dolphins swim by...
a great memory that turned into something else once I saw the tape.

Yikes! My thighs looked enormous and the belly roll that I thought was sufficiently sucked in.......was not. Total humiliation as the videotape of my daughter's squeals went on and on....in a room full of my husband's family and there are my thighs.....on display and large as life.
NEVER AGAIN.

When I returned from that vacation I vowed to lose 32 pounds as quickly as possible. It's terrible that I didn't really enjoy myself on one of the most gorgeous beaches on earth because I felt uncomfortable in my own skin.

I wanted to experience the freedom of playing on the beach with my kids and not worrying about how much flab was showing or trying to cover myself up.

I set a goal for myself and I started doing my research.

I work in public relations for a well-known firm out of Los Angeles. I know allot of people and have worked with some "diet guru's" in the past that I found to be as flaky as a French croissant.

I had decided that I had the right mindset, I was FINALLY going to lose the weight that had been holding me back, but I wanted to lose the weight as quickly as possible and maximize my efforts.

We've all tried diets where you lose a pound or so a week and it can be incredibly frustrating.

It takes a
hell of a lot of effort to diet and lose weight and I felt like if I was going to make that kind of commitment, then my body needed to cooperate and shed the pounds in a timely fashion!


Now I'm talking about anything crazy, like those famous, Lose 30 Pounds in 30 Days! posters that I still see tacked up to light posts occasionally. No, that's insane and would put you in the hospital.

But, I found it entirely possible to lose 3 to 4 pounds per week and still eat regular healthy and nutritious meals. I ended up losing my 32 pounds of fat in 2 months!

It's been almost a year since I reached my goal weight and I've not only maintained the weight loss but I've continued to firm up (thanks to 3 exercises a day that I'll reveal in my E-Book Program) and I've help dozens of friends do the same exact thing!
